Helpful Records to Bring or Send Ahead

If your pet has been seen by another veterinary hospital, prior records can help us provide more informed care. When possible, please bring or arrange for transfer of:

• X-rays, ultrasound reports, or other diagnostic records
• Medication and supplement lists
• Previous surgery, dental, emergency, or referral records
• Any discharge instructions or treatment plans from another hospital
