Dr. Cesar Narciso, DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Cesar Narciso was born and raised on the family farm in Minas Gerais, Brazil. He graduated in 2008 with a DVM from the Catholic University of Minas Gerais-Betim. He initially came to California in 2006 to study and assist in research at the UC Davis VMTRC and returned to Tulare after finishing his degree. His passion for all aspects of livestock production is attributed both to his early association with cattle on the family farm and to the diversity of his experiences in production medicine and research throughout his education and career. Cesar has been married to his wife Dr. Brittany Narciso for 13 years and together they have 4 boys named Mateo, Dante, Andre, and Lucca. Cesar has three dogs named Cowboy, Dakota, and Feta, and one cat named Rhino.

Dr. Brittany Narciso, DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Brittany Narciso is a native of the Central Valley. She earned her B.S. in Veterinary Science from UC Davis in 2005, and her DVM from UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. Her interest in livestock and veterinary medicine originated from her childhood experiences in 4-H. She has worked with livestock and production medicine since 2000, beginning with UC Davis’ Dairy Food Safety Lab. Brittany is our small ruminant Veterinarian. Brittany has been married to her husband Dr. Cesar Narciso for 13 years and has 4 boys named Mateo, Dante, Andre, and Lucca. Brittany has three dogs named Cowboy, Dakota, and Feta, and one cat named Rhino.

Jillian Bello

Jillian graduated from California Polytechnic State University in 2010, with a degree in Special Events and Hotel Management. She worked in Marketing and events for over 10 years, before deciding to move back home to the Central Valley and join the family business! She handles most of the billing and business matters within Sequoia Veterinary Services and Sequoia Animal Hospital. She is also in charge of the company’s various new business ventures and special projects. In her free time, Jillian loves tennis, swimming, photography, and baking. She is also a fan of all sports. Jillian has one dog, named Winston, and he is her whole world!

Maria was born and raised in Hanford. Maria gained most of her animal knowledge through experiences in her high school agricultural program. The FFA program gave her a love and respect for livestock. Maria loves seeing puppies that were born in our hospital come back for their vaccines and watching them grow. Maria is always willing to lend a hand and is always enthusiastic about learning something new. Maria continues to work with livestock and sharpen her abilities while working towards receiving her Registered Veterinary Technician Degree. Maria has four dogs. Lobo and Stella are both Blue Queenslands, Luna and Ruby are both Chihuahuas.
